Family therapy is a form of counseling that supports the family system as a whole and can help members improve their communication and interactions with one another.
Therapy goals often focus on developing problem-solving skills, helping parents develop consistent discipline philosophies, realigning family dynamics in more adaptive ways, and fostering respect among family members.

Narrative Play Therapy is a great vehicle to help children (and adults!) address and resolve difficulties through pretend play, storytelling, and other creative processes.

From this modality, people learn to communicate more effectively with others, express their feelings in constructive ways, be flexible with their thinking and behavior, develop problem-solving skills, and practice new skills in a safe context.
